I should have posted this piece some time ago, but put it off between business and doubts regarding the artist’s quality. There is little else I can say at the present due to time constraints, but it seemed only right to assure everyone that I haven’t died.
OOC: Quick word on this Sigyn
Hey everyone! I’m only on for a moment right now, but it occurred to me that given the nature of this roleplay account I might want to make a quick OOC post for clarity’s sake. Not because there’s been any trouble, but because I can see it being a source of confusion and I’d just as soon make sure that doesn’t happen.
So first:
-My Sigyn is not very nice. She really isn’t. She’s generally courteous and not exactly a liar so much as a scheming, manipulative lady. Sometimes she does take a genuine liking to people. Occasionally she’ll even be warm. She’s not being particularly subtle in her motives yet because with her current situation, she sees no need to be. No one here is talking to Theoric or the court of Asgard, ergo she sees no reason to pretend her feelings are more sentimental than they actually are.
-Sigyn’s opinions are not necessarily my opinions! She does make shady, snooty, higher-than-thou type comments. I promise, with every scrap of my black, wicked little heart this is not my view as an RPer. I think you’re all awesome. Like I said, Sigyn’s just not very nice.
-She does, however, have a heart. My Sigyn is capable of falling in love and being loyal and sacrificing her own desires for someone she cares about. It’s not her normal state, and at this point in time she can’t imagine it being her normal state because she’s a selfish snot. It’s tough to earn her loyalty. Once you’ve got it she’s yours for good. Probably.
-This Sigyn is arrogant. She thinks she knows better than she does. This will bite her in the ass.
-Character development is coming.
And just to say again what I mentioned on the OOC page—this is going to be a dark Sigyn. Right now, she’s only a bit cold towards people. She will become rather villainous in her own right as time goes on, and hopefully unsettling if I do things properly.
And…I think that’s it. :)

I must be off to bed at present, but in my next journal I’ll be sure to detail developments with regards to Muspelheimr, Theoric, and my suspicions regarding Loki lest the details slip my mind. For now, thanks to those of you who indulged me in conversation this evening. I enjoyed it very much.

That is fortunate. I’m very glad affairs are beginning to sort out for you. I take it your Loki is less regarded as a dangerous scoundrel and villain? I know the reputation of my realm’s Liesmith, but investigations into his other selves have revealed a great deal of variation in his character.
My thanks on her behalf, then. Though I must ask… to your knowledge, has every Sigyn chosen to follow Loki? I have no plans to marry him myself (we have not even spoken, at least not in my realm), but there does seem to be a pattern.
Ah, I see. I haven’t heard of your presence here, but then I am not closely acquainted with the house of Odin. My realm’s Thor resides in Midgard at the present either way—I think he is unaccompanied by any Asgardian.
